the saule collection was born by exploring the exceptional manufacturing of massive blocks of rock, carving them and transforming them into furniture. the pieces have circular bases and tops balanced by cylindrical plates, creating an optical game – empty and filled spaces according to the position of the piece. its perfect symmetry and rounded lines reveal dichotomies between materiality, balance, weight and lightness.
